To live by the Lake or to live the Lake?

The wonders of the Brescia side of Lake Garda
The western side of Lake Garda offers stunning landscapes and some of the most famous tourist destinations of Italy. From Sirmione to Limone sul Garda, the western side of the lake is known for its history, the customs, the food and of course for the nature to discover, the famous or hidden places, the markets and the walled towns. Sirmione also called La Perla del Lago (the pearl of the lake), offers to its inhabitants and to the tourists a multitude of activities and landscapes: the baths, the grotte di Catullo and the magnificent Scaliger Castle that stands imposingly at the gates of the city and just like in the best medieval stories it has a little bridge over the lake that must be crossed to reach the historical centre. Limone del Garda is mainly known for its lemon groves: it is characterized by numerous greenhouses full of lemons, key symbols of the town that can be found not only in souvenirs but also in its coat of arms. Tremosine was voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: thanks to the terrazza del brivido (thrill terrace) and the strada della Forra, Tremosine is the ideal destination for passionate cyclists and motorcyclists who are interested in discovering picturesque landscapes and amazing panoramic views just a few steps far from the lake. Salò is famous throughout Italy not only for its history: from the clocktower to the Palazzo del Podestà, old headquarters of the Magnifica Patria now home to the Town Hall, is possible to cross the town thanks to a promenade along the lakefront that offers a stunning view on the crystal clear waters of the lake. Not far from Salò stands the beautiful Rocca di Manerba del Garda, easy reachable in twenty minutes by car. The Rocca, an ancient fortress, is a breath-taking view point overlooking the lake loved by tourists and by the inhabitants of the surrounding areas that offers the opportunity to take long walks or bike rides, as well as visiting the beautiful historical villages. Among the most famous and rich in history destinations, Gardone Riviera cannot but be mentioned. It boasts the presence of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, an estate overlooking the lake built and inhabited in the 1920s by the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio but it is also the perfect destination for sports and wellness lovers: it offers boat activities, kitesurf, paragliding, numerous SPAS and much else. Finally Desenzano, noteworthy for its history, lifestyle and nature. In the heart of the town lies piazza Malvezzi, full of shops, restaurants, artifacts, ancient Roman villas and not far from the centre stands the magnificent and the symbolic medieval castle of Desenzano.
Lake Garda is at the same time a tourist destination and a dreamy location to live, that is why it has been for years the favourite place for Italians and foreigners who look for a property to move into or a perfect second house.

Convenience between art cities and breathtaking landscapes
From Lake Garda it is possible to easily reach the most famous and most renowned cities situated between Lombardia, Veneto and Trentino: Brescia, Verona, Mantua and Venice, to name a few. The magic of a beloved and envied place all over the world with the convenience of being located in a strategic point. Lake Garda is the largest Italian lake and lends itself to be an ideal place to live: it is the ideal destination for those seeking versatility thanks to the opportunity to reach the lake, mountains and hills in a very short time. Furthermore, each panoramic terrace overlooking the lake is breath-taking: it allows to admire the steady and shiny crystalline waters, morainic hills and the rocky ridges overlooking the lake.
